These terms govern your use of the Percentl app and website ("the Service"). By using the Service, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. The Service
Percentl is a digital-wellbeing analytics app, operated by Percentl Analytics (Gurugram, Haryana, India), that summarises your Android app-usage and shows how you compare, anonymously and in aggregate, to other users. Benchmarks require a minimum cohort size and may not be available until enough people have joined your area.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be at least 13 years old to use Percentl. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in secure. You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
3. Acceptable use
Don't misuse the Service — for example, don't attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access to it, submit falsified data, or use it to violate anyone's rights or the law.
4. Your data
Your privacy is governed by our Privacy Policy. You retain rights to your data and can delete it at any time.
5. Availability & changes
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis during testing and beyond. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
6. Disclaimer
Percentl provides informational insights about your digital habits. It is not medical, psychological, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided without warranties of any kind.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Percentl will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of India.
